Liberty In the Loo

Look at what I stumbled upon at Target reduced to $4.98!

That, my friends, is a Liberty of London for Target Vanilla Bean candle.  It's currently listed on their website for $9.99 which is a good price for a 45 hour burn time, but at $4.98 it's a steal!


I quickly placed the candle in the bathroom and am happy to report the scent is lovely and light.  I am very sensitive to fragrance but this vanilla is soft enough that I don't think it'll give me a headache.

Not only is $4.98 a great price for this candle, the price gets even better when its pretty packaging can be put to use.


Just ignore the grainy photo and look at the prettiness of my new office supply holders.

And just out of curiosity, I'm wondering which you all prefer...a photo that's grainy or one that uses flash?  Our office is the one room in our house with very little light (natural or otherwise) and my little point and shoot doesn't like low light situations.  And I have to know who else will be running to Target now to score some LOL at half price?!

  1. I wish just at Target last night, I'll have to go back - hopefully I get a candle for a steal like you did! Get re-use of its pretty carrier.

    I think your flash photo looks nice, my flas makes everything look way too bright - so I always try and take pics in the day and turn on all the lights, most of the time it helps.

  5. I totally saw those at Target last week and almost bought one for my sister (apparently, I should have since she missed them:)

    I didn't even realize the candle could come out and you could use the container! Now I might have to go back and see if they're still there...

  7. I love a bargain- and bargain candles are my favorite.
    I love how you have organized your office supplies.
    Now I want colored pencils!
    I am so easily influenced.

    As far as flash goes- I too have some dark rooms and it just can't be helped.
    I have heard of people using lighting like professional photographers use, but mercy- that sounds like a lot of trouble.
